What Is A Self-Suction Drywall Sander? Where Is The Self-Suction Drywall Sander Mainly Used? What Kind Of Problem Will It Have? Let’s Have A Look!

Drywall Sander also known as "wall grinder", "wall sander", "putty grinder", and "polishing machine", varies from place to place. The drywall sander machine can be divided into sander and self-suction sander, which is mainly used for wall grinding. The following is a detailed introduction to the common faults and solutions of the self-suction drywall sander.

Common faults and handling methods in Carbon brush operation

1. In order to ensure the normal operation of the motor, it is very important to select the correct brush model. Due to the different raw materials and processes used in manufacturing the brush, its technical performance also varies. Therefore, when selecting the brush, the performance of the brush and the requirements of the motor on the brush should be considered comprehensively. The mark of good brush performance shall be:
A. A uniform, moderate and stable oxide film can be quickly formed on the surface of the commutator or collector ring.
B. The brush has a long service life and does not wear the commutator or collector ring.
C The brush has good commutation and current collection performance, so that the spark is suppressed within the allowable range, and the energy loss is small.
D. When the brush is running, it is not overheated, low noise, reliable assembly, and not damaged.

2. When the brush is installed in the brush holder, the gap between the brush and the inner wall of the brush holder shall be within 0.1-0.3mm.

3. In principle, the same type of brush should be used for the same motor. However, for some large and medium-sized motors with special difficulty in commutation, the twin brush can be used. The sliding edge uses the brush with good lubrication performance, and the sliding edge uses the brush with strong spark suppression ability, so as to improve the operation of the brush.

4. When the brush is worn to a certain extent, it is necessary to replace it with a new one. It is better to replace all the brushes at one time. If the new one is mixed with the old one, the current distribution may be uneven. For large units, stopping to replace the brush will inevitably affect production, so we can choose not to stop. We usually recommend that customers replace 20% of the brush each time (that is, 20% of each brush rod of each motor), with an interval of 1-2 weeks, and gradually replace the rest of the brush after running-in to ensure the normal and continuous operation of the unit. Wall grinder.

5. The unit pressure applied to each brush of the same motor shall be as uniform as possible to avoid uneven current distribution, which may lead to overheating and sparks of individual brushes. The unit pressure of electric brush shall be selected according to the "Technical Performance Table of Electric Brush". For motors with high speed or working under vibration conditions, the unit pressure shall be appropriately increased to ensure normal operation.
Generally, the unit pressure of the brush is too high, which is caused by the increased wear of the brush. The unit pressure is too low, the contact is unstable, and the mechanical spark is easy to occur.
